Free freight

We offer free freight on all orders over $500 shipped within the continental United States. The B200 Wood Chipper qualifies for free freight.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Most customers receive their order within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location. Delivery to remote or rural addresses may take longer.

Carrier and tracking

Large equipment ships via freight carrier. We email tracking information and carrier contact details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery requirements
