Return & Refund Policy

30-day return window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return process

To start a return, contact us at contact@excavapro.shop or 734-603-3310 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges and defects

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged or repaired under the manufacturer warranty. Contact us with photos and a description of the issue and we will resolve it quickly.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, our standard return process applies.
